About Lexington Stryders
The Lexington Stryders Track Club is a Kentucky-registered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing access to high-quality track and field training for youth and adults in Fayette County and surrounding areas. We focus on building character, athletic skills, and lifelong healthy habits through inclusive coaching and competition.

Here are some highlights from the inaugural Central Kentucky All-Comers Track Meet that we were a part of.
“L Stryders” consists of young and young-at-heart athletes who love the sport of track and field.
We are the premier club for track and field training for both youth and adults in the Central KY area of ALL abilities.
